Description

A flavorful Cajun salmon dish topped with fresh avocado salsa, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun spice blend
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with the Cajun spice blend, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until crispy and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, combine the diced avocado, lime juice, red onion, and cilantro. Mix gently.
  5. Serve the pan-fried salmon topped with the cool avocado salsa.

Notes

Allow salmon to come to room temperature before cooking for even results. Use a non-stick pan for perfect crispiness.
