Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oysters in their shells
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Cajun seasoning to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and green onions; sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, cream, salt, and pepper.
