Ingredients
- 12 oysters in their shells
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Cajun seasoning to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and green onions; sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Place oysters on a baking sheet. Spoon the mixture over each oyster.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
