Ingredients
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter (1 stick)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (Optional, for extra richness)
- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning (Adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Optional, for extra heat)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (Finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt (Adjust if Cajun seasoning is salty)
Instructions
- Melt butter and olive oil (if using) in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
