Description

A rich, flavorful Cajun butter sauce infused with garlic, spices, and lemon, perfect for elevating seafood dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, reduce heat and add minced garlic, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds.
  3. Incorporate Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and smoked paprika; stir for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and parsley; stir to combine.
  5. Serve warm or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes
