Ingredients
- 4 Lobster Tails
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) Melted Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Dried Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Fresh Parsley chopped
- 2 clove Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Set your oven to reach a temperature of 500℉.
- Using kitchen scissors, slice through the top shell of each lobster tail all the way to the last segment.
- Gently separate the shell and, starting from the top, carefully extract the meat while keeping it connected at the base. Fold the shell back and place the meat over it.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sauce components, then evenly coat each lobster tail with it.
- Place the lobster under the broiler for 6-8 minutes, or until it is completely cooked. The meat should appear opaque and white, with a temperature between 140℉-145℉.
- Move the lobster tails to a serving dish and present them with the remaining garlic butter mixture. Savor your meal!
