Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon (60 ml) s vegetable oil
  • 1 lb (454 g) large shrimp I use 16-20 count size, peeled, deveined and tails removed if desired
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning
  • 2-3 teaspoon (13 ml) s minced garlic use more if you love garlic!
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet and pour in the vegetable oil, allowing it to warm over medium-high heat.
  2. Introduce the shrimp to the pan, seasoning them with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Allow the shrimp to cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring every so often, until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Incorporate the minced garlic and continue to cook for an additional minute.
  5. Mix in the lemon juice and chopped parsley, then serve immediately.
