A creamy and flavorful dish featuring tender salmon topped with melted Boursin cheese and a zesty lemon herb sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 package Boursin cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta or rice (for serving)
- Fresh herbs (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each fillet with Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, and dill.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, remaining herbs, and a bit of olive oil to create the sauce.
- Serve the salmon over pasta or rice and drizzle with the lemon herb sauce.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For an extra kick, add crushed red pepper flakes or use fresh dill instead of dried.
