Description

A classic seafood dish featuring tender cod fillets topped with a crunchy breadcrumb mixture, enhanced by lemon and thyme.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
