Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
