Description

A tender and flaky piece of cod baked with a crispy breadcrumb topping, bringing together simplicity and richness for a lovely seafood dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter and lemon juice.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over them.
