Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the shrimp mixture.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and lime juice.
