Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined, about 20-25 shrimp)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon pepper (adjust to taste)
- Shredded cabbage (for slaw)
- Fresh lime juice (for slaw)

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the shrimp in the spice mixture, ensuring each shrimp gets coated. Allow them to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage, lime juice, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, then toss everything together.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn opaque and pink.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
