Ingredients
- Steak, sliced
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Fried rice
- Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- Soy sauce
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, minced
- Oil (for sautéing)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle.
- Sauté the garlic and ginger in a little oil.
- Add sliced steak and shrimp, cooking until the steak is tender and the shrimp is cooked through.
- Stir in fresh vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Mix in the fried rice and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot with additional soy sauce if desired.
Notes
For best results, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the griddle and allow each ingredient to sear properly.
