Description

A delightful hibachi dish featuring tender steak and succulent shrimp, sautéed with fresh vegetables and aromatic garlic and ginger for a perfect flavor balance.


Ingredients

  • Steak, sliced
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Fried rice
  • Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Oil (for sautéing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle.
  2. Sauté the garlic and ginger in a little oil.
  3. Add sliced steak and shrimp, cooking until the steak is tender and the shrimp is cooked through.
  4. Stir in fresh vegetables and sauté until tender.
  5. Mix in the fried rice and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot with additional soy sauce if desired.

Notes

For best results, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the griddle and allow each ingredient to sear properly.
