Description

A delicious blend of Cajun-spiced blackened salmon paired with rich and creamy garlic Alfredo pasta.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and blackened.
  3. In a separate pot, cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  4. In the same pot, lower the heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then add parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Combine pasta with the sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the pasta topped with the blackened salmon and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, let salmon marinate in Cajun seasoning for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Serve immediately for best taste. Pair with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
