Description

A delicious blend of linguine pasta, blackened salmon, and a creamy Cajun sauce that delivers vibrant flavors and satisfaction in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the salmon. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until seared and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add diced onions and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
  5. Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer and thicken slightly.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Slice the cooked salmon and serve on top of the pasta.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For optimal flavor, ensure the salmon is cooked to a deep golden color and allow the sauce to simmer gently for the best texture.
