Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Pasta, zucchini noodles, or rice (as a base)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley.
- Serve over cooked pasta, zucchini noodles, or rice.
