Description

Delightful shrimp and asparagus pasta, featuring tender shrimp, crisp asparagus, and perfectly cooked spaghetti, brightened with garlic and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by trimming asparagus and mincing garlic.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to boil for spaghetti.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
