Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, celery, bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
