Description

A delightful and refreshing BBQ salmon bowl topped with vibrant mango avocado salsa, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and coat with BBQ sauce.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
