Description

Delightful Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos featuring crispy shrimp, fresh lettuce, and creamy avocado wrapped in a taco shell with a vibrant Bang Bang Sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Taco shells
  • Lettuce, for serving
  • Sliced avocado, for serving
  • Bang Bang Sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture until coated.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the shrimp until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha together.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing fried shrimp in taco shells and topping with lettuce, avocado, and a drizzle of Bang Bang Sauce.
