Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Taco shells
- Lettuce, for serving
- Sliced avocado, for serving
- Bang Bang Sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture until coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha together.
- Assemble tacos by placing fried shrimp in taco shells and topping with lettuce, avocado, and a drizzle of Bang Bang Sauce.
