Ingredients
- Medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined

- Cornstarch, for coating

- Shredded cabbage
- Shredded carrot
- Chopped spring onion
- Sugar, to taste
- Lime juice, to taste
- Chopped cilantro
- Mayonnaise
- Whipping cream or regular cream
- Honey mustard
- Thai sweet chili sauce
- Tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, coat the cleaned shrimp with flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Fry the shrimp in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrot, spring onion, sugar, lime juice, cilantro, mayonnaise, and whipping cream to create the slaw.
- To prepare the sauce, mix together mayonnaise and Thai sweet chili sauce.
