Description

A vibrant salad featuring fresh shrimp, crisp vegetables, and a creamy, zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until well combined.
  2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, cook shrimp until they are pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  4. Toss cooked shrimp in the sauce mixture until well coated.
  5. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and corn.
  6. Top with the Bang Bang shrimp.
