Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and sauce to the skillet with the shrimp, tossing to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of sriracha. Fresh shrimp delivers a superior taste, but frozen works well if thawed properly.
