Description

A delightful seafood dish featuring succulent shrimp in a creamy and spicy sauce, paired with al dente spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti and sauce to the skillet with the shrimp, tossing to combine and heat through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of sriracha. Fresh shrimp delivers a superior taste, but frozen works well if thawed properly.
