Description

A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring succulent shrimp, perfect for casual dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of linguine or fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha (adjust for spiciness)
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce, tossing until everything is well coated.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and parsley.

Notes

Ensure to use fresh shrimp for the best flavor. Adjust Sriracha level based on your spice preference.
