Description

A delightful mix of creamy and spicy flavors, this bang bang shrimp pasta combines succulent shrimp with a rich sauce for a memorable meal.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha sauce (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 10 ounces shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles (cooked al dente)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Boil water in a large pot with salt. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet with the shrimp, pour in the prepared sauce, and toss until well coated.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for better texture and flavor. Adjust the sriracha quantity for your preferred heat level.
