Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Reduce the heat and pour the sauce over the shrimp. Stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional minute until heated through.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, ensuring an even distribution of shrimp and sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions and cilantro if desired.
Notes
For added crunch, consider adding vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas. For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
