Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined to make the bang bang sauce.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the bang bang sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
