Description

Bang Bang Salmon is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring salmon fillets covered in a spicy and sweet homemade bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the bang bang sauce.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider marinating the salmon in some sauce for 30 minutes before baking. Adjust sweet and spicy elements to preference.
