Description

An easy and flavorful bang bang salmon dish that can be prepared in just 15 minutes, combining creamy mayonnaise and spicy sriracha for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir in the sesame oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the bang bang sauce, ensuring both sides are coated.
  4. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with the sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Marinating the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes prior to cooking can enhance the flavor. Keep an eye on the salmon while broiling to avoid burning.
