Description

A delicious Bang Bang Salmon Bowl featuring crispy salmon bites and a creamy, spicy sauce that elevates each bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet (skinless and boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust according to desired heat)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar (or lime juice for brightness)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon cubes dry and season them with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
  5. While the salmon cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
  6. Once cooked, gently toss the crispy salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle it over the top before serving.
  7. Serve over rice or greens, adding toppings like cucumber, avocado, and sesame seeds.

Notes

For a crunchy texture, cook slightly longer and serve the sauce on the side to maintain crispiness.
