Description

A delightful salmon fillet glazed with a rich, sweet, and tangy balsamic sauce, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix.
  2. Divide the marinade into two halves.
  3. Marinate the salmon in half the sauce in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet or casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  6. Baste the salmon with the leftover marinade halfway through baking.
  7. Dish and serve hot, drizzled with the remaining sauce.

Notes

For quicker preparation, cut the salmon into portions before marinating. Line the baking sheet with foil for easier cleanup.
