Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir the mixture to create a smooth glaze and divide it in half.
- Marinate the salmon fillet with half the sauce, covering it completely, and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) during the marination.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange the marinated salmon on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, basting halfway through with the remaining marinade.
- Remove the salmon from the oven when it reaches your desired doneness.
- Serve hot, drizzled with the leftover sauce.
