Description

A delightful casserole featuring large shrimp layered with a flavorful breadcrumb mixture, baked to perfection for a crispy topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, parsley, and broth. Mix until well combined.
