Description

A creamy and indulgent baked shrimp dip perfect for gatherings and game nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or crostini for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shrimp until evenly distributed in the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until hot, golden, and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or crostini.

Notes
