Description

Delightful baked scallops with garlic, butter, and a crispy topping; perfect for gatherings or intimate dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 large scallops
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the scallops.
  3. Mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place the scallops in a baking dish and top each with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the scallops are opaque and cooked through.
