Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to create the teriyaki sauce.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
