Description

A simple yet satisfying baked salmon dish topped with a rich, garlic-infused mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh salmon fillet (skin on)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (slightly heaping)
  • 8 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 5 oz fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the salmon fillet by placing it skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the slightly heaping mayonnaise, crushed garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the garlic mayo mixture evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

For a crispier texture, broil the salmon for the last few minutes of cooking. Allow the salmon to come to room temperature before baking for even cooking.
