Description

A simple yet elegant baked salmon dish featuring a flavorful lemon butter sauce, perfect for any dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup broccoli florets


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in lemon juice and minced garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over them.
  4. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper, and spread them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  6. Add the salmon to the oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  7. Add the broccoli to the baking sheet with the potatoes in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
