Description

Baked salmon in foil with asparagus is a simple yet flavorful dish that captures the essence of seaside gatherings, combining fresh salmon with tender asparagus, garlic, and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out pieces of foil on a baking sheet.
  3. Place the asparagus in the center of each foil piece and drizzle with olive oil and garlic.
  4. Place a salmon fillet on top of the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top each fillet with slices of lemon.
  6. Fold the foil over to create a sealed packet.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your healthy meal.

Notes

Feel free to customize the vegetable component; broccoli, zucchini, or bell peppers can be great alternatives to asparagus.
