Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix lemon juice, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon and dill sauce.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, dice the avocado and crumble the feta cheese.
- Once the salmon is done, top it with the avocado and feta mixture.
- Serve and enjoy!
