Description

A delightful dish of baked salmon paired with creamy avocado and tangy feta, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix lemon juice, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon and dill sauce.
  4. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. While the salmon is baking, dice the avocado and crumble the feta cheese.
  7. Once the salmon is done, top it with the avocado and feta mixture.

Notes

For extra crispy edges, broil the salmon for the last minute. You can also switch up the toppings for variations.
