Description

Indulge in the luxurious experience of baked lobster tails infused with garlic, lemon, and herbs, perfect for any special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • ½ cup good-quality butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Zest of 1 lemon (slice the same lemon into wedges for later use)
  • ½ teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Extra melted butter (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting the top of the shell and pulling the meat out slightly.
  3. Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Brush the garlic herb butter over the lobster meat generously.
  5. Arrange the lobster tails on the baking sheet and add lemon slices around.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the lobster is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  7. Serve with extra melted butter and the baked lemon slices on the side.

Notes

For best results, ensure lobster tails are fresh. Don’t overcook, as this can make the meat rubbery.
