- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt (5 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (1 gram)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried parsley (1 gram)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika (1 gram)
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the haddock fillets dry with paper towels.
- Place the fillets in a baking dish in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the haddock fillets.
- Season the fillets with salt and black pepper.
