Description

  • Salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon (for juice and slices)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in minced garlic and the juice of half a lemon.
