- Salmon fillets
- 1 lemon (for juice and slices)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in minced garlic and the juice of half a lemon.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the lemon garlic butter mixture over the salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper, and place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
