Description

A quick and flavorful baked cod dish with a sweet and savory honey marinade, enhanced by fresh garlic and served with lemon wedges.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
