Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a crispy finish, you may broil the fish for the last couple of minutes after baking. Fresh herbs can enhance the dish further.
