- 2 halibut fillets
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the halibut fillets and halved potatoes in a baking dish with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
