  • 60 ml melted beef tallow
  • 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 60 g panko bread crumbs


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to a temperature of 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the shrimp, melted beef tallow, grated Parmesan, olive oil, and minced garlic. Once combined, distribute the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs on top.
  3. Place the dish in the oven you’ve preheated and cook until the shrimp turn a vivid pink, which should take about 15 to 18 minutes.
