Description

A simple yet sophisticated baked salmon dish with a zesty Dijon glaze that elevates its rich flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the Dijon glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Ensure to check the salmon’s thickness for accurate baking time. Allow the salmon to rest for a few minutes after baking for a moist texture.
