- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (4 oz or 115 g) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (2 oz or 60 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 oz or 60 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (1 oz or 30 g) grated plant-based Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 g) black pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Smooth the top with a spatula for even cooking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
