Ingredients
- 4 cod fish fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the heavy cream, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the herbed cream sauce over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For added freshness, incorporate lemon zest into the sauce. Let the cod rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
