Description

A comforting baked cod dish enveloped in a rich and creamy herbed sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
