Description

A delicious seafood dish featuring cod fillets baked in a rich coconut lemon cream sauce, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
