Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the coconut cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
