Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, ensuring an even coating.

Notes
